SANDPOINT, IDAHO – Milltown Apartments, a 51-unit complex comprised of townhomes and apartment flats for low-income families was officially certified LEED for Homes Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. Platinum Certification is the highest achievable level of certification.

Riverwalk Point II, a multi-family housing project designed by ZBA ARCHITECTURE is featured in a new promotional video by Enterprise Green Communities. The project is a fifty-one unit, model "green" community owned by Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP.) Holly Martin, Property Development Coordinator at SNAP, is also featured in the video. The Enterprise Green Communities Offset Fund helped Riverwalk Point II offset their carbon footprint and supported their efforts to bring green housing to low-income people.
