Riverwalk Point II, a multi-family housing project designed by ZBA ARCHITECTURE is featured in a new promotional video by Enterprise Green Communities. The project is a fifty-one unit, model "green" community owned by Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP.) Holly Martin, Property Development Coordinator at SNAP, is also featured in the video. The Enterprise Green Communities Offset Fund helped Riverwalk Point II offset their carbon footprint and supported their efforts to bring green housing to low-income people.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.

Zeck Butler Architects announced today that the Saranac Building Renovation in Spokane has been awarded LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings and LEED Platinum is the highest certification awarded.
