River Mountain Village Advanced Care is a new, 72-bed advanced care assisted living facility with memory care in scenic Newport, Washington. The facility consists of four distinct “neighborhoods”, each with resident rooms surrounding a common, residential-style kitchen and living area. A central core contains a commercial kitchen, administrative offices, and tenant services such as a salon and mail center.

The fire station consists of 12,000 square feet of new construction to include drive-through bays, crew kitchen, living, fitness and dormitory spaces.
