ZBA Project Achieves LEED Silver Certification

ZBA ARCHITECTURE PS announces that the Water Resource Center and Treatment Operations Facility at the Spokane County Regional Waste Water Reclamation Facility in Spokane have been awarded LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.

Saranac Hotel Awarded LEED Platinum

Zeck Butler Architects announced today that the Saranac Building Renovation in Spokane has been awarded LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings and LEED Platinum is the highest certification awarded.
