SANDPOINT, IDAHO – Milltown Apartments, a 51-unit complex comprised of townhomes and apartment flats for low-income families was officially certified LEED for Homes Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. Platinum Certification is the highest achievable level of certification.Read more
