Colville Maintenance Building Reconstruction

Colville, Washington

This 11,760sf Maintenance Building replaces a previous building lost to fire. ZBA Architecture worked with the City of Colville, their insurance company, and Welch-Comer Engineers to program and design this new facility for the City of Colville's Water and Road Departments. The building has the following features:

• Vehicle Maintenance Shop with three vehicle lifts

• Office, Locker and Break Room facilities

• Storage Mezzanine

• Equipment Storage with seven truck bays

• Covered Vehicle Wash Bay with pressure washer
