Sunrise Village Grand Opening

ZBA is proud to congratulate Housing Opportunities of Southwest Washington on the recent Grand Opening of Sunrise Village in Longview, Washington.

On June 10th, the community came together to celebrate this milestone with a beautiful ceremony and ribbon cutting—an inspiring moment that underscored the deep need for affordable housing in Cowlitz County and the collective commitment to meeting that need. The event reflected the strength and resilience of the community and the shared vision for a more inclusive future.

Sunrise Village directly addresses a critical housing shortage by providing affordable housing paired with supportive services, helping individuals regain stability and take meaningful steps toward long-term housing solutions, including homeownership.

It has been a privilege to help bring this impactful project to life, and ZBA greatly appreciates the opportunity to work alongside HOSWWA.
