ZBA was hired by Community Frameworks to provide full architecture and construction
administration services for this 47-unit, affordable housing project. The four-story, corridor-loaded apartment building is designed to serve homeless families and includes common areas for community activities and tenant services. ZBA also served as the Evergreen Coordinator to ensure Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard compliance.
