Ironside Apartments Iron Bridge is a four-story, 162-unit apartment development along the Spokane River. Situated within walking distance of Gonzaga and the University District, it is in a prime location for students and support staff. Project amenities include a community kitchen, lounge, rooftop plaza and study areas. ZBA partnered with Mithun for the design of this project.
