Liberty Park Expansion Dedication, Spokane, WA

Located in the South Perry neighborhood, this phase is part of a larger multi-phase development. The final phase will focus on the renovation of the community building, further enhancing the services and amenities available to residents.

The expansion adds 54 new units to the existing Liberty Park campus, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in the Spokane area. Bringing this long-anticipated project to life required significant rock blasting and site preparation, making it both a major undertaking and a meaningful investment in the South Perry neighborhood.

ZBA is honored to partner with Proclaim Liberty in support of their mission and is excited to see the positive impact this project will have on the local community. The project is expected to reach completion by early July of this year.
