Liberty Park ECEAP Grand Opening

ZBA is excited to congratulate Proclaim Liberty on the grand opening of their Liberty Park ECEAP building!  This Early Learning facility will provide free pre-k education, parent involvement, and family support services for up to 60 children from low-income families.  The program is located on their campus in the south Perry neighborhood, adjacent to the existing Liberty Park Terrace apartments.  ZBA provided full architectural services for the ECEAP project, and we are currently designing an additional fifty-four affordable housing units as the next phase of Proclaim Liberty’s campus plan.
